California AB-1013 Compliance for Bars

The law in short

California Assembly Bill 1013 requires any Type-48 on-sale general alcoholic beverage premises (bars and nightclubs licensed to serve the public 21+) to provide customers with drug-testing devices on request. Operators must also display a clearly visible notice stating that tests are available.
