Returns
- US customers: 30-day return window from delivery date.
- EU customers: 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from delivery date.
Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Opened / damaged test strips cannot be resold for safety reasons and are therefore non-returnable.
How to return
Email us at service@drinkcheck.de with your order number and reason. We’ll respond with a return label and instructions within one business day.
Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, funds may take a further 3–10 days to appear.
Exchanges
Need a different pack size? Email us — we can arrange an exchange in most cases.
