Where can I see my commission?
In the partner portal. There you see your new customers’ orders under a pseudonym, with date, net amount, commission and status, repeat purchases as a monthly total, and your clicks per campaign. You never see your customers’ names, email addresses or postal addresses.
Can I choose my code?
Yes. In your application, you can suggest a preferred code, with 4 to 16 characters using letters A to Z (no umlauts or ß) and digits. If it’s already taken, you choose another one. We assign the code definitively when we accept your application.
What happens with a refund?
If an order is refunded in full or in part, we reduce the commission proportionally; if it is canceled, the commission is dropped. If the commission has already been released or paid out, we offset the reduction against your next payout. If this creates a negative amount, we offset it against later commissions or reclaim it.
I manage several creators. How does that work?
Get in touch via our contact form. We set up partners with their own team as master partners ourselves and discuss the details directly with you.
How do I end the partnership?
You can cancel at any time, for example with a short email to us or via our contact form. We then deactivate your code, and the attribution of your customers ends. We still settle commissions from orders paid before that and pay out the rest to you after the agreed holding periods have elapsed, even if it is below the minimum amount.

Terms & participation
Your terms
- Discount for your community: New customers get 10% off their first order with your partner code.
- Commission for you: You get 10% commission on the net amount, meaning the value of DrinkCheck items after all discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.
- Also on later purchases: If someone orders as a new customer with your code and pays, that customer is attributed to you. You then get commission on later purchases even without the code, for as long as our partnership lasts. The attribution ends earlier if the customer objects to it or requests deletion of their own data.
- Commission release: A commission is released 21 days after payment for the order, and 45 days after payment for deliveries to the USA.
- Monthly payout: We pay out monthly as soon as your released balance reaches €50 or $50. We carry a smaller balance over to the next month. Partners based in the USA receive US dollars, everyone else euros.
- Free and independent: There’s no fee, no purchase requirement and no minimum sales. You decide yourself whether, when and how often you post about DrinkCheck, and you may also work with other companies. We don’t pay anything for recruiting other partners: commission only comes from orders from customers.
What doesn’t count
There’s no commission for:
- Self-purchases: Orders you place yourself or have someone else place for you.
- Bulk orders: Orders of 30 units or more, or with a company name. No partner discount applies to them either.
- Other channels: Orders outside our shop, for example via Amazon.
- Existing customers with a partner code: Partner codes are only for new customers. If someone has already ordered in our shop and then uses a partner code, there’s no commission or attribution for it.
- Refunds and cancellations: For a refund, we reduce the commission proportionally; for a cancellation, it is dropped.

How to advertise the right way
- Label it: Because you get commission, every post about DrinkCheck is advertising. In English-language posts, label it clearly at the beginning with “#ad” or “Ad”, including in stories and short videos, and don’t hide it among other hashtags. If you post in another language, the disclosure from the language version of the affiliate terms applies; for an audience in the USA, it’s “#ad” (16 CFR 255). Links on websites and in blogs get
rel="sponsored". - Only real experiences: Only talk about what you’ve experienced yourself. If you say you use the test strip, you must have used it yourself.
- Only permitted statements: When talking about the product, use only the statements from Annex 1, in the exact wording and without any other figures; these are the permitted product facts on this page. Don’t name other brands. No fake reviews, no coupon sites, no search ads on our brand.
- State the discount correctly: Always state your discount as a discount on the first order: only for new customers and not for bulk orders.
- Help before product: If you talk about experiences with drink spiking, name the emergency number first (112, in the USA 911) and the helpline, then the product.
- No guarantees: A negative result does not guarantee that a drink is safe. So don’t promise absolute safety.
The advertising rules in Annex 1 of the affiliate terms are binding. The partner portal shows the same rules.
Who can take part
You can take part if you’re at least 18 years old and your residence or registered office is in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the USA. You can take part as a private individual, a business or a small business under the VAT exemption for small businesses. In your application, tell us your channels, for example Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch or your website. We decide on acceptance; there’s no entitlement to take part.
Before your first payout, you provide your payout details and your tax and verification details in the partner portal. Until they are complete, your balance is retained.
