Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between Bormann Bioscience LLC (the “Seller”) and the customer concerning purchases made through drinkcheck.de or getdrinkcheck.com.

2. Formation of contract

Display of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the checkout button, you place a binding order. The contract is formed upon dispatch of the order confirmation email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include applicable sales tax / VAT where shown. Shipping is charged at the rates displayed. Payment is processed via Shopify Checkout.

4. Delivery

Shipping via our fulfilment partners (DHL in the EU, USPS/FedEx in the US).

5. Returns

Consumers have a right of return within 30 days for US orders and 14 days for EU orders (see Refund Policy).

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

7. Liability

The Seller is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except for damage from injury to life, body or health, or from breach of essential contractual duties.

8. Product notice

DrinkCheck test strips are designed to detect common drink-spiking substances. No rapid test detects every possible substance or concentration. A negative result does not conclusively rule out contamination. If you feel unwell, seek medical help immediately (emergency 911 in the US, 112 in the EU).

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Miami-Dade County, Florida, to the extent permitted by law.
